As Granville & Co. AG is a privately owned investor relations and capital finance boutique, its Partners maintain an entrepreneurial and performance-oriented approach in working for their clients. We can tailor our services to the specific needs of a client, and engage ourselves to be fully committed to ensuring those needs are met.
Granville offers support to its corporate clients wishing to strengthen their market positioning and better understand the expectations of the investment community, through market awareness and capital raising programs in and around several cities in Western Europe, including Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Paris, Oslo, Stockholm and Zurich.
In the Middle East, we introduce clients to investors and investor groups in Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dubai, Kuwait City, Manama, Muscat, Jeddah and Riyadh.
Our primary role is to set up a relationship between client companies and key financial groups who can make a positive impact on the share value of the client company, within the European and Middle Eastern investment communities. Meetings are generally held on a one-on-one basis with one or more senior executives representing the client firm, and are scheduled over one or two-day "walkaround" visits per city, plus a presentation during lunch to a selected group of investors, when requested by the client.
Prior to each meeting, the banker, investor, broker or analyst will have received a summary presentation on the corporate client, and the client will have received a briefing sheet about the investor parties being met.
Roadshows or one-on-one investor meetings?
Regular roadshow programs with analysts and investors offer a number of advantages to companies as well as providing an opportunity to attract new investors and increase buy-side analyst research coverage:
. they are an excellent opportunity to provide visibility for top management and to give investors an opportunity to evaluate management and its strategy;
. these meetings educate and inform target audiences about the company's business and its operating and financial results;
The one-on-one only programs offer the above, plus the opportunity to ask detailed questions about the company's progress and prospects in a private environment.
